The Protein Relationship Map displays the proteins (on the right) most often used together in research projects with the single protein (on the left).

  • The thickness of the connecting line represents the connectivity between the proteins, i.e. how often they are used together in research projects (% Connection)
  • The size of the bubble (circular node) represents the relative number of global research projects using the right-hand protein (Occurrences)
  • Hover over a protein or the connecting arm to view the relationship details
  • Click a protein bubble to expand the map to the right and view its top related proteins
  • There are various navigation buttons at the top of the map, including viewing antibodies for your focus protein
