are of the HyHel-5 (anti-lysozyme) Fv. This image is looking down
the beta-barrel, with the CDRs toward the viewer. It shows the various
loops that make up the CDR region: L1=red, L2=yellow, L3=blue, H1=red,
H2=yellow, H3=green.
Here is the same view
but with "spherical harmonic surface envelopes" plotted as a mesh.
It demonstrates the "hand-shake" of the interlocking saddles at the
VH/VL domain interface. For more information on spherical harmonics
